Festival Policies

HOTSO January 19, 2020 Festival

 Information and Terms of Service



Cancellations:

Registration fee for each family is $15 (non-refundable).  Tuition for each student is $75 plus additional $5 supply fee if Origami class is selected.  No tuition refunds will be available after December 1, 2019 even in cases of cancellation due to weather, road closures, illness, or death in the family.


Deadlines:

Registration must be submitted online or postmarked between  October 1 through October 31, 2019 to avoid a late scheduling fee of $20. No late registrations allowed after November 15, 2019.


Payments may be made online or mailed in by check with postmark no later than December 1, 2019. Classes are filled on a first come, first served basis with priority given to those whose payments have been received.



Participation:

This workshop is open only to students of Suzuki Teachers. If your teacher is not a member of The Heart of Texas Suzuki Association, please email hotsopiano@gmail.com for a special information packet to be sent to your teacher. Your teacher must receive the info packet before you register your child.



Photo & Video Release:

Parent agrees to allow Heart of Texas Suzuki Organization to take video or photos of their family and gives permission for these videos or photos to be used for teacher training or publicity purposes which may include use on our website or facebook page.



The Heart of Texas Suzuki Organization E-mail List:

By registering for the Heart of Texas Suzuki Organization workshop, parents/students may be added to the HOTSO e-mail list.  HOTSO will email useful information on upcoming events.  

HOTSO will never share your email for any reason.



Liability Waiver:

The enrolling family understands that participating in physical activities during The Heart of Texas Suzuki Organization workshop, even with proper supervision, may result in serious injury, illness, or even death.  The enrolling family hereby relinquishes the Instructor of this class, all parties working with him/her, the facility hosting classes, The Heart of Texas Suzuki Organization, the makers and owners of all equipment and props used herein, and all other participants in these activities, of any liability whatsoever relating to their participation in these activities, and agrees to inform their instructors of any and all factors which may affect their child’s ability to participate in these activities, including but not limited to, disabilities, illnesses, or injuries. The enrolling family understands that they participate in these activities at their own risk.



Policies & Terms Agreement:

By registering for The Heart of Texas Suzuki Organization workshop, the enrolling family agrees to follow all policies and procedures stated above.  The Heart of Texas Suzuki Organization has the right to update policies at any time.
